I play Trickster, how do I get on the Grand Chase forums?
If you play the English version of Trickster Online, which is also published by Ntreev USA,
you can use your existing Trickster Official Forum Username and Password to access the Grand Chase Official Forum at:

I play Trickster, can I use my cash points for Grand Chase?
Yes, your Ntreev Cash Points may be used for any game published by Ntreev USA.
Will this game have a cash shop?
A cash shop will be made available later as the game progresses, please check the official website for more details as they are announced!
How do I create an account?
Account creation is simple and free and can be done on the official website: http://grandchase.ntreev.net/Account/signup.aspx

If you have played the English release of Trickster Online, you do not need to register a new account to play Grand Chase, simply log in with your existing Trickster account ID and password!
What does this game cost?
Grand Chase is free to play, we have no plans at this time to require a subscription fee.  However, an optional cash shop will be made available later, allowing players to further enhance their game experience.
Can I change my Nickname?
The Nickname that is chosen upon first connection is your identity in the game world, and as such cannot be changed.
How do I make a new character?
All of the characters available to you can be used on the same account, as such there is no need to ever create a new character.
