In order to become a Sentinel you will first need a mission scroll. These scrolls can be purchased in the shop with GP or Ntreev Cash Points. After completing the mission from the scroll you will have access to Ryan's second job: Sentinel!

 
SENTINEL CHARACTERISTICS

The Sentinel is skilled in infiltration and staying concealed, using a sharp, closely
held weapon called a Jade Hook, named for it's moon-like shape. Without being
noticed, the sentinel moves on his prey and eliminates any threat to the forest.
The sentinel is not an aggressor, but a guardian; a guardian of the forest.

Similar to his first job, as a Sentinel Ryan can take on an aspect of nature and
transform into the Nephilim. When transformed into the Nephilim, Ryan's strength
and speed is greatly improved and will make a deadly opponent for any who
would dare harm the forest.


SENTINEL SKILLS
LV1 : Backspin               Slash Sentinel’s 1st grade attack is a Cross cut followed by a kick to the face. After the first strike the Sentinel's Jade Hook is brought down hard on his enemy.
LV2 : Soul                 Impact Sentinel's 2nd grade attack sends out a massive shockwave that radiates out from the Sentinel.
LV3 : Spinning               Phantom Sentinel's 3rd grade attack sends the sentinel into a furious
spin, slashing at his enemies with reckless abandon.
Basic Combo A straight forward slash followed by an upper-cut with the Jade Hook
Dash Attack Using his shoulders, the Sentinel pushes his Jade Hook into his enemies with devastating force.
Air Assault A spinning aerial attack. Press Z again for extra attacks.

 
SENTINEL MISSION
Acquire Jade Hook Fragments Defeat the monsters that surround Gaikoz's castle in the Forsaken Barrows and collect Jade Hook fragments.
Acquire Nephilim's Feathers Defeat Gaikoz in Gaikoz's Castle Difficulty ☆☆☆ and collect Nephilim's Feathers.

Ryan is a kind and cheerful forest Elf who loves helping others. He’ll do anything he can
for nature lovers, and will play obnoxious pranks on those that threaten nature.
Ever since he witnessed Kaze'aze destroy the Partusay Sea, Ryan has been driven
by his rage against Kaze'aze.

 
CHARACTERISTICS

Ryan is a Druid whose combat abilities are derived from nature: he can heal his allies at critical moments and help release their latent powers. When the power he obtains from nature is too weak, he transforms himself and becomes nature. Nature isn't confined to the typical aspects of nature such as trees or the air.  Ryan can transform into any living being that is part of nature and deliver attacks characteristic of that being.
