It has been brought to our attention that some of you may be experiencing some difficulties with the new mission to acquire Sieghart. Specifically, that some players who have registered the Sieghart mission will freeze when they subsequently open their mission log.
We understand the frustration inherent in this issue, because not only does it prevent you from turning in quests, but also by extension it keeps you from unlocking and leveling up Sieghart! The problem is caused by a glitch in the patcher, which is preventing some players from receiving the complete patch. As a result, any content which is new as of this patch may not function properly. This includes the Sieghart mission, dungeons (due to the witch), and rooms which utilize the "trick or treat" bonus.
Fortunately, both Ntreev USA and KOG Studios are hard at work to correct the issue and prevent it from occurring in the future, but in the meantime we would like to reassure everyone afflicted with this bug that it is temporary and it will resolve itself over time. Eventually, your patcher will download the latest version and these issues will be resolved. If you are still experiencing technical difficulties related to the patch after 5:00 PM PDT, please send us a 1:1 support request along with any symptoms you're experiencing.
