If you choose not to register and provide this information, you can still use most of Ntreev USA Inc’s services. Unfortunately, you will not be able to access areas that require registration nor any of the services provided. If you are under the age of 13, you may only use grandchase.net in the presence of a consenting parent or guardian. We will not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information via the Internet from children under the age of 13.

This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that grandchase.net is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. Naming/In-Game Interaction Policy
  • A character name or in-game intent that can be used to impersonate an official game master (GM) or an employee of the company.
  • A character name that is similar to the name of a GM or can be misunderstood by other players.
  • A provocative or lewd character name.
  • A character name or in-game chat/conduct that is antisocial in nature or containing information that violates related law.
  • A character name that can potentially violate a third party's trademark or copyright.
  • A character name or in-game char that is considered as inappropriate language or cursing.
  • A character name or in-game char that implies the intent of trading cash, accounts or actual objects.
  • A character name or in-game char that is used for third party advertising.
  • A character name consisting of any alphanumeric character not normally found on a standard 101/102 key keyboard (O§iri§, Ÿelena, Jašon) - no use of the Alt key
  • For any of the above listed or not listed reasons, stated here or elsewhere, Ntreev USA reserves the right to absolute control over Character and game information including the names of Char, and may change, alter, delete or otherwise modify said information as we see fit at any time for any reason.
If you are found with an invalid character name, a Game Master (GM) will change your name immediately. A request will be sent by e-mail for three alternative names for each character found in violation. As soon as you reply, the requested names will be reviewed. If the names are not in violation of the rules, the character will be given the first name that is not already in use. – no use of Alt key

Any language that violates one of these categories will result in:

Being given a warning, Being temporarily suspended or banned permanently from the game if the behavior continues.

For any of the above listed or not listed reasons, stated here or elsewhere, Ntreev USA reserves the right to absolute control over Character and game information including the names of Char, and may change, alter, delete or otherwise modify said information as we see fit at any time for any reason.

Restoration Policy
All data on the Grand Chase service is the property of Ntreev USA Inc. We reserve the right to refuse restoration at any time for any reason. Restoration any kind is NOT guaranteed.
That being said, we will attempt to investigate and restore if the loss was due to problem with the game service or a known bug.
We may not restore any items/characters if:
The account was shared or otherwise compromised.
Accidental deletion.
Accidental or purposeful sales/transfer to NPC or another player. No mulligans on any sales.
The following are basic rules of conduct that users of Grand Chase Forum is required to adhere to. Failure to comply with these rules of conduct may result in the termination (“banning”) of your forums and/or game account. Because every situation is different, all moderation of the Community Forums is at the sole discretion of the Grand Chase Team.
THE PURPOSE OF THESE FORUMS
The purpose of these forums is to enable the members of the community to help each other in a constructive and positive atmosphere. If you are new to the forums and are unsure about anything, just ask! Flaming people, products, or organizations is never acceptable (and will be enforced - see enforcement below). Instead, be friendly, helpful, and supportive.
STAY ON TOPIC
Please stay on topic. These Forums are provided to enable members to help each other in sharing their passion for the game. Please refrain from discussing personal matters, abusing any company or product, or, in general, from posting in a manner unrelated to the direct purposes expected in the Forums.
BE CAREFUL
Most people are happy to help out on these Forums, but remember that their advice is theirs only and that you are responsible for deciding whether or not to follow it. If advice given by a user sounds wrong to you, do not try it. In particular if any user asks you for personal information, such as wireless number, mailing address, email address, password or credit card number, do not provide it. In addition, do not post any of this personnal information on the boards. Furthermore Ntreev USA Inc is not in anyway responsible for any real world transactions involving real world currency between players for online characters, items, online currency or Accounts. Not only is it against our policy for players to do so, it can easily lead to the compromise of any Accounts involved, which may and can result in immediate enforcement. Do not buy, sell or trade any grand chase related information for real world currency with other players.
DON'T USE BOARDS FOR OUTSIDE PROMOTION
Please do not use the forums in any way to promote/advertise third party services, products, websites, or organizations not related to Grand Chase
BE LEGAL
Please do not post anything unlawful, libelous, defamatory, or that infringes upon any intellectual property rights. This includes infringing on the privacy rights of the other members of the community. Do not conduct any activity that may be illegal, or harmful in any way, to people, to software or hardware, such as hacking, flooding scripts viruses or Trojan horses. Do not post URLs to web sites or servers that contain unlawful software/hardware distribution. Do not post any content on the boards that would constitute as junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation. Any of these actions may and can result in immediate enforcement.
BE CLEAN
No profanity, sexually explicit or vulgar language, both in clear or masked language. This also refers to the posting of imagery or links to imagery on other sites that would be in violation of this rule. These Forums are meant to be a community based, digital gathering for Grand Chase players, a good rule of thumb, if you doubt you would be allowed to say it in game, you shouldn’t say it on the Forums. Failure to follow these guidelines may and can result in immediate enforcement.
ENFORCEMENT
Your participation in the Forums is subject to modification, deletion, access limitation or ban, by moderators, at their sole discretion, without notice or appeal. Ntreev USA Inc. retains the right, at its sole discretion, to edit content and limit users' access that it considers inappropriate. Ntreev USA Inc. is not responsible for any failure or delay in taking such actions. Actions that a moderator/admin may take against a post in violation of these rules will depend largely on the transgression. Restriction of Access is not limited to the Forums alone and may spread to the game Account as well, at the sole discretion of Ntreev USA Inc.
